Our Guarantee Is Simple - Our Repairs Keep Animals Out

We understand that removing invading animals from your home or business is important to you. That is why you called us and that is what you expect us to do. We also understand that once we get the animals out of your home or business you do not want them back. You deserve to feel secure in your home or business. That is why our repairs are guaranteed to keep animals out for one full year. If at any time during that year an animal gets back into your home or business through one of our guaranteed repairs, all you have to do is call us and we will come back and remove the animal(s) and re-repair the damage, all at no additional charge.
In most cases we can return each year to re-inspect your entire home or business for new entries or damage, and extend our repair guarantee for an additional year for a nominal fee. If for some reason we cannot guarantee a repair, then we will tell you that before we ever do the repair. It is really simple … we want to treat you like we would want to be treated. Thank you for your business.

Your home or business is oftentimes your biggest personal investment. Unexpected repair of animal damage can easily strain your budget, and finding an approved and insured contractor to solve your problem can be stressful and inconvenient. While an AEG cannot prevent wildlife from trying to gain access to your property, it can help make covered repairs easier – and our annual re-inspection will make any animal access attempts less costly, or avoided them altogether.

When a covered repair is breached, request service by calling 1-800 CRITTER to speak with a Critter Control customer service representative. After your service request is received, one of our Certified Wildlife Specialists or repair contractors will contact you to schedule a time to diagnose your problem. Once warranty repairs or any new animal damage repairs are complete, and as long as we have your proper email address on file, we will send you a follow-up customer satisfaction survey regarding the service preformed.

We lead the wildlife control industry with over 25 years of experience caring for our customers. We are committed to and solely focused on providing relief from home repair hassles caused by animal damage, and continue to deliver innovative home warranty products and services to our customers.

All repairs we have previously performed are covered (excluding any items that were specifically noted as ‘unable to warranty due to conditions beyond our control’ on the Animal Entry Worksheet, Service Contract or Invoice) for one year from the date of the repair. While not everything is covered, such as new animal damage and entry to areas we hadn’t previously repaired or warranted, we do offer reduced service calls for many of the most frequently encountered and troublesome critters, including those that don’t actually gain access to your home (stinging insects, moles, birds, etc.).

Unlimited during your contract term for covered repairs (reduced service call fees apply for non-covered incidents).

If the problem is not a covered warranty item, you will only be charged a reduced service call fee – and for any additional animal control/removal, plus any additional repairs that you agree to in writing. For covered repairs, there will be no fees for animals removed (if they gain access through our repair), or additional repairs to the entry site that we previously repaired. Either way, we guarantee to solve your animal problem!

Yes, warranty holders may renew their AEG coverage (at the option of Critter Control) with our Extended Warranty Contract (EWC). We will notify you in advance of the expiration date, and will offer a variety of convenient payment plans.

An AEG helps provide confidence during and after a home purchase. Unexpected and uncovered animal damage, removal and repairs can be devastating to your budget. Enjoy your home without the hassles of worrying about animal entries. A home w/ an AEG has been thoroughly inspected and preventative measures have been taken at the most common access points to reduce chances and possibilities of animal entries.

An AEG helps give buyers additional confidence in the real estate transaction—they’ll know that Critter Control stands behind the covered repairs and exclusionary devices installed on the house. An added benefit is that we can also protect your home while it’s on the market – which can help you avoid investing more money into a home you’re trying to sell.

A homeowner’s insurance policy is typically a type of property insurance that covers private homes. It generally requires that at least one of the named insured occupies the home. It is an insurance policy that combines various personal insurance protections, which can include losses occurring to one’s home, its contents, lost of its use, or loss of other personal possessions of the homeowner, as well as liability insurance for accidents that may happen at the home.

Sooner or later, wild animals will try to get into your home or damage your property. Are you protected? AEGs and EWCs are service contracts that cover the repairs or replacement of many of the most frequently occurring animal damage repairs or problem areas, which are not typically covered under a home owner’s insurance policy. And, if the animal damage is significant and may be covered under your homeowner’s policy, we’ll let you know. Don’t just cross your fingers and hope no animals will break into your home!

Consider your dwelling type – Critter Control has an Animal Exclusion Guarantee for your property and does not require the dwelling to be owner-occupied (residential dwellings must be under 10,000 square feet), and includes single-family homes, new construction, condominiums, townhouses, mobile homes, multiunit dwellings and commercial property. Since your property is one of your biggest investments, it only makes sense to adequately protect it.

Step 1: Purchase and Register your Animal Exclusion Guarantee (AEG)
Your repairs/products come with a one year warranty from the date of the original repair/installation. Approx. one month before it expires we will offer you a chance to renew the AEG. When you purchase an AEG Extended Warranty Contract (EWC) we will deliver a package with detailed information about what’s included in your AEG during our annual re-inspection of the property.

The package will provide you with your contract number and instructions on how to update your personal information. This will ensure that you will receive the most current and accurate information from your local Critter Control representatives.

Step 2: Request service online or call 800-CRITTER
Contact us by email or speak with a live representative. Upon receipt of your service request, we will contact one of our Certified Wildlife Specialists and/or licensed contractors and have them contact you.

Step 3: Receive an email/verbal confirmation with contractor information
The wildlife specialist/contractor will contact you during normal business hours to schedule a mutually convenient appointment. You will receive a confirmation that the request has been schedules and we will provide you with contact information for the local technician/contractor.

Step 4: We will diagnose the problem

The wildlife specialist/contractor will diagnose the problem and confirm that the problem is covered in your AEG contract. On covered repairs, any animal removal or repairs will begin immediately, at NO CHARGE.

If the situation/damage is not to a covered site/area, a reduced service call fee is due and payable when the wildlife specialist/contractor arrives at your home, performs an inspection of the animal damage or problem, and notifies you of the warranty status. This service call fee will cover any new damage, a thorough inspection, and all the trips necessary to complete the job. You will also receive a written estimate for additional animal removal and new damage repairs at this time.

Upon acceptance of the estimate for new animal removal and/or repairs that are not covered under the AEG, we will remove the offending animal(s) and perform the agreed to repairs. Payment of the balance of the project is due upon completion.

Step 5: Follow Up and E-Satisfaction
Once the animal removal, repair and/or replacement is complete, we will follow up via email and/or phone with you to ensure your full satisfaction with the service request has been achieved.

‘Animal Entry Guarantees ‘ and ‘Extended Warranty Contracts’ are a homeowner's best defense against expensive animal entry and damage repairs for other covered items
